Puma Academy has quickly become Southeast Wisconsin's premier baseball and softball instructional academy. Under the direction of Josh Colon (Owner) along with his elite level instructors, PUMA has grown into 18 teams and has sent numerous boys onto college. Our motto is simple: We don't ask players to just trust the process, we are the process.  We take pride in teaching our players the importance of earning everything you get.  We believe in work ethic, accountability and improving a player's natural ability from a young age.  We do not recruit, we develop.This has become a staple of how our teams play and how our players are trained. Our belief is truly all about the kids and getting them to reach their potential. Instructional one-on-one lessons are only given by former professional or former college baseball players who believe in the same core values of the "player comes first" mentality.
